The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for clients, leading the full payroll implementation process. Responsibilities include organizing kick-off meetings, creating and managing project plans, defining and setting up payroll processes, configuring systems and interfaces, and managing parallel payroll runs. They will also collaborate with clients for project sign-off, document client-specific needs, and generate reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
