The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. They need to be skilled in leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and guiding clients through setup and migration phases. Experience with system configuration, interface setup, report generation for analysis and reconciliation, and GL report mapping is also required.
The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering implementations, and creating, maintaining, and managing project plans for client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes, and define/set up client payroll processes and data requirements. This role also involves managing client payroll calendars, maintaining project documentation, configuring systems for parallel and live payroll, facilitating client sign-off, and documenting client-specific needs and processes.
