As a Payroll and HR Operations Specialist, the individual will execute all employee life cycle processes within HR Operation systems, prepare and validate payroll data, manage employee benefits registrations, solve HR data-related issues, ensure data quality and integrity through audits and data governance, implement data standards, generate ad-hoc reports, coordinate data privacy compliance, support data-driven decision making, manage user access controls, collaborate with other HR teams, and participate in regional and global HR projects while ensuring compliance with corporate quality systems and legal regulations.
