Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience administering ADP Payroll and Workday, demonstrating deep knowledge of labour law, social security, and income tax regulations. Strong experience supporting HR processes is essential, along with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, and computer skills in MS Office are necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll and HR Operations Specialist, the individual will execute all employee life cycle processes within HR Operation systems, prepare and validate payroll data, manage employee benefits registrations, solve HR data-related issues, ensure data quality and integrity through audits and data governance, implement data standards, generate ad-hoc reports, coordinate data privacy compliance, support data-driven decision making, manage user access controls, collaborate with other HR teams, and participate in regional and global HR projects while ensuring compliance with corporate quality systems and legal regulations.
