Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution and have at least 7 years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities and countries. A strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR, advanced knowledge of local payroll in a PEO Framework, and proficiency with Prism HR are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Payroll Expert will process payroll accurately and timely for multiple entities and countries, serving as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters and providing guidance to other teams. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency, monitoring and analyzing payroll data for trends and improvements, and staying informed of relevant local regulatory and policy changes. The expert will also collaborate cross-functionally to offer expertise on local payroll and HR matters and respond to complex payroll and HR-related inquiries from employees and clients.
