Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payer integrations, payer relations, healthcare implementation, or revenue cycle management within payer/provider ecosystems. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing a team, with demonstrated success in coaching, developing talent, and fostering accountability, is required.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Payer Integrations will oversee the payer integration portfolio, driving performance for the CSN book of business and leading a team of Payer Integration Managers. Responsibilities include driving high-quality, on-time integrations with health plans and TPAs, building cross-functional processes to accelerate implementations, reduce DSO, and increase clean-claim rates. The role involves managing end-to-end payer launches, identifying and resolving barriers in claims logic and provider data, partnering across departments to create repeatable playbooks, building a payer KPI dashboard, representing Spring Health with payers, and driving automation and process improvements.
