The Patient Account Resolution Specialist will provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and valued. Responsibilities include evangelizing customers, supporting field teams with feedback, problem-solving common complaints by identifying trends and implementing preventative measures, and creating a better patient experience. The specialist will also support employee programs that nurture company core values and drive positive culture. Key duties involve reviewing new and recurring patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for billing health insurance plans, researching customer information to continue equipment coverage, managing relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients through outreach, evaluating documentation for compliance with standards and regulations, and performing follow-up for timely reimbursement.
