Requirements

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Collections Specialist is responsible for increasing the collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department. This includes identifying accounts with overdue payments, finding solutions to bring loans to a current status, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals. The specialist will also make outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed, all in compliance with Goodleap’s collections policies and procedures.
