The Customer Care Advocate will answer inbound calls, investigate patient insurance, estimate benefit coverage and out-of-pocket costs, and discuss patient responsibilities and payment options. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to patients, documenting all activities in the customer support system, and maintaining patient data confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
