Experience in a start-up environment and fluency in Spanish are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Patient Access Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits, and educate patients on costs and financial assistance options. This role involves administering financial assistance programs, submitting and managing prior authorization cases, and accurately documenting all interactions in the billing system. Responsibilities also include obtaining and managing necessary documentation, collaborating with internal teams, resolving issues effectively, and supporting special projects or process improvement initiatives.
