Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a parts specialist (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/high volume dealership
  • Detail oriented, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, and experience with G-Suite & other parts programs
  • A personal dedication to work safety and with accountability

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service with warm greetings and eagerness to help
  • Ask questions to accurately identify machine make/model/serial numbers
  • Investigate part needs and determine what additional parts would be needed
  • Fulfil parts orders with in-stock inventory & place orders as needed to meet customers needs in a timely manner
  • Accurately match orders with packing slips
  • Collect customer payment information/POs and call on past due accounts
  • Utilize resources (online manuals, microfiche) to properly identify parts needed
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory
