Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable interest in fintech, SaaS, and/or payments
  • Strong commercial instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building presentations
  • Results-driven and accountable
  • Proactive in identifying and executing growth opportunities
  • Laser-focused on high-impact initiatives
  • Commercially-minded with negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Paris Office (minimum 3 days/week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy aligned with Airwallex’s GTM in France
  • Identify and build a high-quality portfolio of partners across e-commerce, travel, SaaS, and fintech verticals
  • Design a scalable program to consistently deliver growth through the partnerships channel
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams to position Airwallex’s value proposition to partners and their clients in France
  • Represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, and participate in relevant panels and webinars
