Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, a strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or data analytics, a proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and collaborate cross-functionally. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion, identifying, qualifying, and establishing relationships with potential strategic partners, managing existing partnerships, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, tracking partnership performance, analyzing data, generating reports, attending industry events, and staying current on market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
