A proven track record of hitting revenue or pipeline targets is required, along with the ability to write decks, outreach emails, and guides from scratch. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships is essential. Preferred qualifications include deep personal relationships with PE firms, BPOs, or CX consultants, a background in SaaS, AI, or Customer Experience industries, and familiarity with CRM systems and partner management tools.
The Partnerships Manager will spearhead the company's partnerships function, turning trusted relationships into a scalable go-to-market channel. This includes sourcing, pitching, and closing new partnerships with private equity firms, CX consultants, BPOs, and technology partners. The role involves onboarding and enabling partners with collateral, training, and processes, managing day-to-day partner operations and relationships, and generating partner-sourced sales opportunities. Collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to activate partnerships is also a key responsibility.
