The ability to lead cross-functional projects and align teams around shared goals is necessary. Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing partner performance are important. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for developing local relationships with partners and facilitating other internal teams to do so. They will forecast business growth, track and analyze existing relationships with partners, and identify further areas for growth. The role involves establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and meeting assigned targets for growth in revenue/gross profit through existing partnerships. Responsibilities include proactively leading joint partner planning, managing potential partner conflict with other Infobip sales channels, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track. The manager will also ensure the partner certification program is executed as per standards, organize and coordinate joint planning sessions, and create and manage a recurring partner communication strategy. Ensuring partner compliance with agreements, organizing partnership-related events, and enabling the acquisition of new customers through partnership management are key duties. The role also requires demonstrating market expertise, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership, and giving input to product and marketing teams about their vertical.
