Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a renowned university
  • Experience in B2B business support or expansion in insurance ecosystem solutions or consultative sales, especially in accident and health insurance
  • Practical experience in at least one of the following preferred: health insurance business development or operations; reinsurance business (accident and health insurance, non-auto extended warranty); operations or partnership expansion with internet insurance platforms (e.g., traffic platforms, scenario providers, tech companies)
  • Excellent expression and communication skills, with potential to assist in communication and negotiation with senior clients
  • Ability to handle tasks independently, results-oriented, strong self-motivation, and efficient collaboration in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English, office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales management tools (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand partners/business channels, achieve sales targets (primarily accident and health insurance) and other key performance indicators (e.g., new customer/new business growth, renewal rate, Salesforce data accuracy)
  • Collaborate with the team on partner relationship management, including target identification/expansion, initial contact, solution presentation support, negotiation assistance, and coordination for onboarding and implementation of new partners/business channels
  • Manage partner accounts (for initiated transactions), including daily management and troubleshooting of the Partner Portal system, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth cooperation advancement
  • Prioritize supporting partner business expansion in the assigned region, while assisting other regions' partner opportunities as needed as part of the national partner business development team
  • Understand company operational processes and ensure partner-related operations comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
