The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for developing and managing assigned dealer partner portfolios, handling dealer partner inquiries and communication, analyzing dealer partner data to improve customer experience, evaluating and improving tutorials and communication infrastructure, mediating between dealer partners and the organization, handling and resolving dealer partner requests and concerns, suggesting new solutions or products to improve dealer partners’ operations, anticipating customer needs based on projects in the pipeline, and holding weekly and biweekly status meetings to provide updates and solutions to dealer partners.
