About the Role

As a Dealer Inspire Performance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting Preparation & Presentation: Conducting and presenting in meetings, including web conferencing.
  • Client Performance Updates: Providing regular performance updates to clients.
  • Client Strategy Development: Developing, presenting, and discussing client strategies for Websites, Digital Advertising, Conversations Chat Platform, Online Shopper Digital Retailing, and more.
  • Marketing Strategy Creation: Creating and executing unique marketing ideas and strategies for our dealer partners.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Staying current with industry trends.
  • Client Education: Educating clients on Dealer Inspire Website and Advertising capabilities.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working seamlessly with various departments including General Support, Inventory Support, Digital Advertising, SEO, Compliance, Marketing Design, Sales, and Analytics.
  • Business Management: Responsible for maintaining and retaining a Dealer Inspire book of business.
  • Business Development: Opportunity to build your book of business by generating sales referrals.

Desired Skills & Experience

A successful Dealer Inspire Performance Manager requires excellent communication and analytics skills, marketing savvy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

  • Previous account management / project management experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong, real-world experience in SEO, SEM, and Analytics.
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills; must be able to project confidence over the phone.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner with an interest in new technologies.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to succeed and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of:
