As the Security Partner Security Sales Specialist, you will be dedicated to Cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, MDR, and XDR. You will play a crucial role in our team, collaborating closely with PSM team members to plan calls, develop agendas, and prepare materials. Your primary focus will be supporting PSMs throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. You will manage the Security pipeline, ensuring goals are met, and handle tasks like pre-qualification, negotiation, and conducting demos. Your deep understanding of Security solutions will be pivotal in driving success and growth within our specialized offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and develop the presence of EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM solutions with existing and new MSSPs.
  • Increase annual recurring revenue related to security by implementing activation or migration actions of competitor databases at our MSSPs.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and commercial activities to management.
  • Create, implement, execute, and manage marketing and promotional campaigns with MSSP partners.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of security activity planning to promote close harmonization with selected MSSPs.
  • Maintain accurate data on each MSSP using customer relationship management tools, particularly the Acronis Partner Passport.
  • Establish a regular cadence and rhythm of business with all selected MSSPs.
  • Cooperate and communicate across multiple departments (sales, marketing, finance, service, R&D, and operations) to ensure effective management of solution penetration for EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM.
  • Work with MSSPs to sell to their existing customer base to increase adoption of EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM services.
  • Work with MSSPs to help them add new customers to the EDR/XDR/MDR/RMM solution by selling the value of Acronis services.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in France, with a strong network in the field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a strong inclination for opening new accounts.
  • Ability to handle direct clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Native fluency in French and business-level English.
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
  • Strong internal customer focus with a desire to learn all aspects of the business.
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and a never-give-up attitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
