Global Partner Operations Specialist

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a sales, BDR/SDR, or sales support role, with interest in partner-facing work, a strong grasp of sales pipeline fundamentals and experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or experience in high-growth infrastructure or cybersecurity companies, strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort presenting to both internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency with Salesforce and experience managing pipeline or co-sell workflows.
The Partner Sales Specialist will build and manage relationships with partner field sellers and align on co-sell opportunities, drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline by coordinating with Chainguard’s sales and partner teams, track and manage all partner activity in Salesforce and support deal progression, help develop co-sell enablement materials and ensure both internal and external teams are equipped to win, support joint campaigns, events, and field engagements with partners and field marketing, and travel as needed for partner meetings, enablement sessions, and industry events.
