Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager with at least 5 years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the dynamics and challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels are necessary. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex software solutions are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Success Director, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor and offering guidance and best practices. You will provide product training and onboarding support to clinicians, proactively identify and address issues, monitor satisfaction and adoption rates, and collaborate with internal teams to provide resolutions. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, present new features, and track customer expansion metrics. Furthermore, you will serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback to drive product improvements, and contribute to the development of partner success resources.
