The Director of Enterprise Partnerships is a senior leader within Arcadia’s Customer Success & Delivery organization, responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and evolution of complex client partnerships. This role will serve as the primary executive sponsor for key enterprise customers, driving transformational outcomes through Arcadia’s platform and services. The Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and growth, while aligning delivery initiatives with strategic client and company goals. This individual will guide high-performing teams, foster executive stakeholder relationships, and directly influence Arcadia’s product and partnership strategies through deep market knowledge and operational leadership.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months:

  • Gain Arcadia Core Platform Certification and ramp up on Arcadia’s healthcare technology stack, delivery methodology, and internal operations.
  • Establish credibility with key internal and external stakeholders, actively participate in executive alignment discussions, and begin shaping enterprise account strategies.
  • Assess current client portfolio health and delivery performance; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

In 6 months:

  • Lead strategic enterprise programs end-to-end with oversight of multiple client workstreams across integration, analytics enablement, platform configuration, and governance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across technical, operational, and business domains.
  • Actively drive change management and ensure alignment between client business goals and platform capabilities.
  • Begin contributing to internal leadership forums and strategic initiatives (e.g., product feedback, delivery innovation).

In 12 months:

  • Act as the executive sponsor for multiple enterprise clients with complex data ecosystems and multi-dimensional stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively shape strategic account plans, guide renewal and expansion conversations, and serve as the escalation point for critical issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client outcomes, maximize customer lifetime value, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Influence internal roadmaps, delivery frameworks, and organizational strategy through a combination of client feedback, industry insight, and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and executive leadership across a portfolio of enterprise client programs, ensuring alignment with customer goals and Arcadia’s long-term vision.
  • Lead client engagements through all phases—from kickoff to implementation to ongoing success—ensuring value realization and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Serve as a senior voice to client executives, bridging technical solutions and strategic imperatives; shape narratives, influence outcomes, and mitigate risks.
  • Define and execute success metrics, governance structures, and communication frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency at all levels.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of implementation and engagement managers, promoting cross-functional excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with Arcadia’s Product, Engineering, Data Strategy, and Client Growth teams to identify, escalate, and solve critical client challenges.
  • Represent Arcadia externally as a thought leader in healthcare data, digital transformation, and value-based care delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in client delivery, implementation, or partnership leadership—preferably within healthcare technology or data platform.
