As a Partner Services Manager, you will design and deliver a tailored partner enablement program encompassing onboarding, technical training, best practices, and ongoing education. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Intercom's Professional Services methodology, educating partners on successful implementation and customer onboarding. Additionally, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance, act as a liaison between partners and technical teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
