Candidates must have payments experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience managing ISV Partners is preferred, along with strong communication skills and IT fluency, and Salesforce experience is preferred.
The Partner Launch Specialist will develop understanding of available integration options, features, and benefits, understand Partners’ organizations and their roles, become educated on Partners’ business models, build relationships through recurring communication, train Partners on Xplor resources, understand and communicate product features and benefits, introduce partners to relevant Xplor teams, complete the Partner Onboarding process, successfully complete the Partner’s Integration Certification, lead Partners through beta phase, provide necessary documentation and education, and identify potential marketing opportunities for the Partner Development Manager.
