Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (average base pay range), may be eligible for monthly bonus.
  • Location: Fully remote within the United States, in a time zone with sufficient overlap for team collaboration.

Xplor provides cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on payment processing through Xplor Pay. This role is within the Xplor Pay vertical, contributing to the development of comprehensive payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Payments experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing ISV Partners is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • IT fluency.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs.
  • Must be curious, empathetic, motivated by meaningful work, possess a positive outlook, be comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in an evolving and complex environment.
  • Ability to be both tactical and strategic, aim high, and prioritize people.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard partners and project manage the onboarding process.
  • Develop an understanding of available integration options, features, and benefits.
  • Develop an understanding of partners' organizations, including roles, responsibilities, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Become educated on partners' business models and assist in determining go-to-market strategies.
  • Build relationships through recurring communication with partners (weekly calls, email, Slack).
  • Train partners on available Xplor resources (Partner Home, Merchant Home, Virtual Terminal, Campus) to promote self-service.
  • Understand and communicate product features and benefits to partners.
  • Introduce partners to relevant Xplor teams and resources to foster understanding of the organization and how to leverage the partnership.
  • Complete the partner onboarding process, including all documented steps and tracking completion dates.
  • Successfully complete the partner's integration certification and lead the partner through the beta phase.
  • Provide necessary documentation and education for a successful handoff to a long-term Partner Development Manager.
  • Identify potential marketing opportunities for the long-term Partner Development Manager to implement.
