Job Summary: Join the Snowflake team and help build the future of the AI Data Cloud. The Director, Partner Sales LATAM role focuses on driving and nurturing relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners and Snowflake Sales teams to expand the Snowflake Data Cloud's reach within the CALA region (Spanish-speaking countries, potentially including Colombia). The goal is to strengthen collaboration and drive growth through these partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strategic Alliance Leadership: Proven experience in strategic alliance management and partner development.
  • Partner Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Business Development: Experience in developing and executing business plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Understanding of GTM strategies and execution.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to drive results and achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities

Strategic Go-to-Market

  • Work closely with SIs to build comprehensive joint business plans.
  • Collaborate on joint GTM strategies, including strategic objectives and target markets/industries.
  • Define joint industry solutions and offerings that differentiate the partner.
  • Achieve partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities.

Practice Development

  • Inspire SIs to grow their Snowflake practices.
  • Evaluate SI expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality.
  • Define certification growth plans and support partner enablement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key Sr. executives and decision-makers at the partner.

Results-Oriented Partner Management

  • Manage the alliance development lifecycle effectively.
  • Be a self-starter focused on building and owning the 360-degree partner relationship.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
  • Share partner and customer feedback and insights with relevant teams.
