Candidates should possess 3+ years of demonstrated sales and channel experience in enterprise software, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quota and performance targets. They should also have the ability to handle complex sales cycles, providing coordination and direction to their extended team, and follow a proven and repeatable sales process to achieve success and overachieve in multiple roles.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Sales Executive, you will support and facilitate the successful growth of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel by directly supporting Partners through the sales cycle, coaching on account management, opportunity management, and deal closure to meet revenue objectives. You will work closely with partners including system integrators, consulting companies, and SaaS vendors to generate pipeline and meet/exceed channel revenue in a co-sell motion, building productive relationships with Channel Solution Partners, Partner Management Executives, and Partner Development Executives within a territory. Additionally, you will execute on sales and marketing strategies to communicate the differentiated value of Mendix to the customer, consistently communicating and brainstorming with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development, identify gaps in the partner ecosystem, determine recruitment strategies, perform partner health analysis, align business strategies across multiple regions, and manage onboarding and further integration into Mendix.
