Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully running a global enterprise software partner organization, specifically managing GSI, regional, and national partners. Previous experience as a SVP, GM, or VP within a high-growth enterprise SaaS software company is required. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, including experience with team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

The Channel Chief will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all partner programs and initiatives, ensuring short- and long-term expansion to meet revenue goals. This includes identifying and pursuing new partner streams and routes to market in collaboration with the Saviynt Executive Leadership Team. The role will involve nurturing and developing new alliance partners, assessing and improving partner engagement processes, and creating and executing partner plans with measurable goals and tracking mechanisms. Furthermore, the Channel Chief will lead a team across multiple geographies, managing their performance, and fostering collaboration with Executive Leaders, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and the Product Organizations to ensure successful market positioning and execution, ultimately contributing to achieving ambitious growth targets.
