Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) being a plus. A minimum of five years of prior experience in Finance, Sales Finance & Operations, or Channel Finance is required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides) is necessary, and experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus. Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM investments is also beneficial.
The Financial Analyst will support fiscal month-end close processes, including managing accruals, reconciliations, and performing variance analysis for partner programs. They will assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for partner programs, including automating reporting on key performance metrics. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving discrepancies related to partner programs, incentives, and investments, and reviewing and approving purchase orders for partner programs and investments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation, documenting procedures and best practices, and supporting ad-hoc analysis for annual planning and budgeting cycles. Additionally, the analyst will work with accounting teams on tracking and reporting partner program impact.
