The Partner Operations & Incentives Manager will oversee daily operational processes and tooling for the Partner Account Management team, including lead routing and deal registration. They will manage the implementation and tracking of partner incentives, collaborate with Finance and Sales Ops on incentive structures and ROI measurement, and develop dashboards to monitor partner performance. This role also involves delivering timely reporting on partner health and revenue contribution, preparing executive-level communications, and supporting enablement initiatives through process documentation and training.
