Job Description

Experian is seeking a North America Partner Manager to manage relationships with channel and integration partners, including referral (indirect) and reseller (direct) partners, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing them with support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners in accordance with Experian's policies. You will also drive direct sales opportunities to close revenue through partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, partner management, channel strategy, and a strong understanding of referral and direct sales processes. This role reports to the Vice President of Specialized Markets and is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with all Direct/Indirect & Important Integration Partners.
  • Uncover new use cases and opportunities to sell FSD products through partners and direct sales to partners.
  • Help Partners create leads and referrals through Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, training, and sales enablement.
  • Track and forecast Partner revenue and performance.
  • Deliver both direct and indirect revenue targets through partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure their success.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions.
  • Manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives.
  • Report on the performance of channel partners using key metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
  • Provide support to partners on product and solution offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management-related experience.
  • Proven ability to create exponential revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to travel.
