Responsibilities

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead complex negotiations with key stakeholders to secure strategic partnerships, develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy to drive revenue growth, proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, forecast accurately and manage the sales pipeline, build and leverage relationships with decision makers across hotel departments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide regular reporting, maintain sales records in Salesforce, serve as a subject matter expert, and meet and exceed annual sales targets.
