Responsibilities

  • Own advertiser relationships and deliver personal and CMX revenue growth targets across new and existing accounts
  • Hunt for new brands, identify upsell opportunities, tap into new budget sources, and grow base business
  • Act as the primary point of contact (quarterback) for accounts, providing pre- and post-sale strategic support
  • Develop and execute media plans that drive client objectives, ensuring elevated client experience and impressive campaign results
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution and client service
  • Maintain and update sales opportunities and financial forecasts in Salesforce
  • Serve as the voice of the advertiser, influencing CMX products, processes, and roadmap with client feedback balanced against market insights
  • Build and nurture relationships with key client and agency stakeholders to differentiate CMX from competitors
  • Work coordinated with CVS merchants and other teams, demonstrating ease of partnership internally and externally
