Strong, pre-existing relationships with podcasters and creators are essential, along with a deep understanding of the podcasting landscape, major players, and current trends. Excellent communication skills, the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for strategic decision-making, and a passion for social platforms, celebrity culture, pop-culture, film & TV, and youth-focused entertainment are also required. The candidate must thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and be comfortable taking accountability for KPIs.
The Partner Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with creators in the digital creator space, providing tailored support through performance insights, audience development, product evangelization, and content education. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day relationships with a large portfolio of Spotify creators, assisting them in leveraging Spotify's tools and services, and using data to educate creators on content best practices and performance optimization. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to highlight creators, identifying and onboarding new high-potential creators, tracking key metrics, analyzing business trends, gathering and contextualizing product feedback, and streamlining partner communications to ensure creator engagement.
