Requirements

Candidates must have a passion for storytelling and exceptional content, with an uncanny ability to discern compelling stories. Significant experience in the finance and digital asset space is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and creative abilities are necessary, as well as the ability to analyze data to measure success. Experience in crypto, finance, or startup industries, technical and content creation aptitude, and production promotion marketing experience are highly desirable, as is the demonstrated ability to analyze results and continuously improve productions.

Responsibilities

The Podcast Producer will create and direct content for the company's podcast productions, working with the production team and podcast host to shape narrative and execution. Responsibilities include researching, drafting, and developing episodes from conception to production, creating interviewee briefings, and marketing clips for social media. They will identify, source, and secure guests, author dynamic show and episode copy to drive engagement, and support content for in-person conference events, including live panels. The role also involves understanding the audience to stimulate engagement and content evolution, and driving engaging sponsorship campaigns to grow awareness, audience, and revenue.
