Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience on a brand's internal influencer team or at an agency representing brands. Experience with direct-response influencer marketing and campaign performance analysis, running influencer campaigns from start to finish, and negotiating partnership fees and deliverables is required. Experience sourcing and identifying influencers for a campaign or brand is also necessary. Experience in a B2B or E-commerce brand and familiarity with AI tools are considered bonus qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Influencer Marketing Associate will support the daily execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and executing partnerships. Key responsibilities include sourcing potential partner opportunities with high-value influencers, managing influencer campaigns from outreach to analysis, assisting with day-to-day partner program tasks such as contracting and performance tracking, and analyzing partner performance to optimize the influencer program. The associate will also assist with the strategic direction of the program and its goals.
