Requirements

Candidates should ideally have experience at a Fintech, Payments or Financial Services company, and a proven track record of leading the launch of new products or features by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Communications teams. A strong grasp of operating within regulated markets while delivering engaging, compliant messaging is also required, along with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset with a bias toward action and iteration.

Responsibilities

The Institutional Partner Marketing Lead will own the go-to-market strategy for institutional ecosystem launches, including RWA platforms and fintech applications, develop co-marketing playbooks and campaign briefs tailored to partner needs, craft clear and compelling positioning and messaging, enable partners with collateral and support, collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, measure the impact of launches, and refine GTM approaches based on data and results. They will also identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness within the Solana ecosystem.
