As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing a network of technology partners aligned with Visier’s Applications business in North America, executing joint go-to-market programs, managing the full lifecycle of new partners, collaborating with global counterparts, serving as a subject matter expert for sales teams, holding regular cadences with partners, driving urgency around partnerships, and managing partnerships against pipeline and revenue targets.

Its main product, Visier People, is a user-friendly platform that allows HR professionals and business leaders to extract insights from workforce data without needing advanced technical skills.
