Partner Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. They must have at least five years of experience in technology sales, partnership management, or business development, along with a strong understanding of data platforms and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
As a Sr. Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations that build products on top of Snowflake, driving GTM initiatives, achieving measurable outcomes, and aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels to achieve partnership goals. You will also facilitate discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners, monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation, develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
