Candidates should possess 10+ years of high-tech business development or alliances experience at a high-growth startup, successfully implementing channel/field alliances strategy to drive dramatically increased sales. Strong motor, execution and intrinsically driven individuals are needed, along with deep Channel relationships in the region and proven revenue generation through Reseller, SI partnerships and MSSP partnerships. A BA/BS degree is required, and the candidate should demonstrate strong organization and detail-oriented skills.
As a Partner Business Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales in both direct and Channel & alliances roles selling into the South East Asia region, focusing on accelerating Cribl’s GTM strategy. They will build and drive pipeline generation at the field level with go-to-market partner organizations, including Reseller, SI’s, MSSPs, Tech Alliances, and Cloud Partners. The role involves working with Cribl’s executive, technology alliances, marketing and sales teams to identify key partners, build strategic plans, and drive partnership structure. They will serve as the partner advocate within Cribl, evangelizing partners and their opportunities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for formulating a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan, and leveraging ISV’s and their strategies via the Channel, while also occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours and traveling across the Asia region.
