Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through Channel & Alliances roles in the South East Asia region, with a seasoned revenue generation track record.
  • Build and drive pipeline generation at the field level with go-to-market partner organizations, including Resellers, System Integrators (SIs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Technology Alliances, and Cloud Partners.
  • Exceed channels sales quotas.
  • Act as a Channel champion, providing world-class relationship development and thought leadership to increase revenue and drive incremental business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cribl’s executive, technology alliances, marketing, and sales teams to identify key partners, develop strategic plans for engagement, and structure mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • 10+ years of business development or alliances experience in high-tech, particularly at high-growth startups, with a successful track record of implementing channel/field alliances strategies to drive significant sales increases.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Natural and highly effective relationship and partner development skills.
  • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Experience with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), their strategies, business models, and leveraging them via the Channel.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to travel across the Asia region.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • BA/BS degree.
