Requirements

Candidates must be Saudi Nationals fluent in both English and Arabic, holding a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management within a distributor or related vendor, along with technical networking experience, is required. Additional knowledge in cloud, AI, or security sectors is highly appreciated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment, proven business plan execution skills, strong business acumen, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential. Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Partner Account Manager will manage, develop, and grow partnerships within Saudi Arabia to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include aligning channel strategies with regional sales goals, developing and managing the territory channel development plan, recruiting new partners, and establishing strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves leading partner onboarding, managing pipeline and sales forecasts in SFDC and Clari, organizing enablement and training sessions for partners, collaborating on marketing plans, and ensuring partner compliance with Extreme Networks' programs. The Partner Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to partners at all levels.
