Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Partner Sales within the software or high-tech industry, with preferred experience in the data warehouse, BI, and analytics sector; they must have a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and an MBA is considered ideal; candidates should demonstrate advanced computer and sales skills, including market requirements, customer support, and advertising techniques, and the ability to handle high-stress environments while driving sales teams toward goals; strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are also required, along with experience developing strategic business and sales plans and a detail-oriented approach to handling information accurately and efficiently;
The Partner Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and establishing strategic partnerships with Cloud Data Warehouses (such as Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery) to enhance Domo’s product capabilities and market reach; they will maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including those within Cloud Data Warehouses and Domo’s internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful partnership outcomes; collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams is crucial for integrating Cloud Data Warehouse solutions into Domo’s offerings; the role involves monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify partnership growth opportunities, supporting and executing joint lead generation activities like field events and webinars, and ultimately driving mutual business growth through these strategic alliances.
