Responsibilities
As a Principal Talent Partner, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for key leadership positions, including collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment support and contribute to workforce planning initiatives. You will build strong relationships with internal leaders, leverage your network to identify top talent, and potentially manage the recruitment process internally or in partnership with external agencies. Furthermore, you will represent MaintainX with professionalism, work with external research firms to ensure they represent the company effectively, and guide initiatives related to talent planning.
