Requirements

  • One year or more of experience in customer service and/or retail sales (advantage)
  • Passion for the Nike brand
  • Ability to perform basic math operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing (or in another relevant language)

Responsibilities

  • Use customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers to the right product and drive sales
  • Build a connection between the customer and the brand by providing excellent service and adapting brand stories to the retail environment
  • Maintain knowledge in various store departments and be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving tasks, stock merchandise in the store, perform cleaning tasks, and build visual displays as needed
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and beginner employees. Seek opportunities for learning and developing advanced or specialized knowledge in sales, Nike products, brand culture, sales techniques, and service
