  • Ability to utilize StoreForce dashboard for analyzing sales results and providing coaching/feedback
  • Skills in leading, training, and coaching sales associates on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Capability to manage cash handling, register operations, opening/closing procedures, deposits, and store security
  • Commitment to punctuality, attendance, monitoring breaks, and reviewing daily communications
  • Experience or ability in maintaining visuals, merchandising, and keeping the store clean/organized
  • Promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through open communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard to coach team, adjust shop floor structure, own results, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and provide informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors/peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, seek feedback, and pursue personal development
  • Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, reconciling drawers, deposits, bank runs), store opening/closing, and security
  • Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising to enhance customer experience
