This is a short-term project for a contractor on the Platform Enablement team. You will assist Marketing stakeholders with their data needs in the first mile (platform configuration and data collection) and the last mile (performance data visualization and operational monitoring). This role involves working within and outside of platforms used by the team, validating data, and troubleshooting to ensure data fidelity for stakeholders. The team requires collaborative team players with effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of understanding and communicating complex operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering Support: Assist stakeholders in defining data needs.
  • Ticket Grooming Session Support: Support sessions to refine and prioritize data-related tickets.
  • Ad Testing Support: Provide assistance with ad testing and data analysis.
  • Paid and Organic Platform Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot paid and organic platforms.
  • Tagging and Measurement Configuration: Configure tagging and measurement strategies.
  • Paid and Organic Conversion Reporting and Visualization: Create and visualize conversion reports.
  • Data Validation and Troubleshooting: Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
  • Engineering and Analytics Ticket Management: Manage tickets related to engineering and analytics.
  • Outage Monitoring and Alerting: Monitor for outages and alert relevant teams.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Understanding of how data is collected and leveraged through digital and traditional channels in a SaaS Marketing organization.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C prospect and customer lifecycles (a plus).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Analytics teams.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Paid Media or Advertising Operations supporting similar goals.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools (Tableau or Looker).
  • Experience supporting a fast-moving, iterative paid media and Organic Social team with reporting, troubleshooting, and measurement assistance.
  • Sense of ownership – capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
