Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Candidates should possess 3 to 4 years of experience in Paid Media or Advertising Operations, supporting similar goals, and a strong understanding of how data is collected and leveraged through digital and traditional channels in a SaaS Marketing organization. Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization tools (Tableau or Looker) is required, along with an understanding of B2B and B2C prospect and customer lifecycles, which is a plus.
As a Paid Media Platform Operations Contractor, the role involves assisting Marketing stakeholders with their data needs in the first and last mile, providing requirements gathering support, ticket grooming session support, ad testing support, paid and organic platform configuration and troubleshooting, tagging and measurement configuration, paid and organic conversion reporting and visualization, data validation and troubleshooting, engineering and analytics ticket management, and outage monitoring and alerting. The contractor will also collaborate with Engineering and Analytics teams to achieve shared goals and results, and provide a sense of ownership by independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
