Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field, along with 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, specifically with paid media analysis and optimizations. Furthermore, 5+ years of advanced SQL skills are required, with Python and/or R being considered a plus, and experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake is essential. The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and partners across different regions and cultures is also required.
The Paid Media Marketing Analyst will develop and implement robust media testing frameworks and measurement strategies, design and execute incrementality tests to measure campaign impact, conduct deep-dive analyses of customer and campaign performance, utilize clean rooms like Meta's Advanced Analytics and Google's Ads Data Hub (ADH) for optimization, identify opportunities for campaign enhancement through data analysis, extract actionable insights and translate them into compelling narratives, integrate data from various sources, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
