Responsibilities

The Paid Media Buyer will plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and AdRoll to achieve client goals, strategize and implement effective budget management from the start, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns with strong ROI, collaborate on creative development, including ad copy, visuals, and messaging, to align with client objectives and audience insights, use tools like HubSpot and Go High Level to track performance, manage workflows, and ensure seamless client communication, analyze data from paid media campaigns, identify actionable insights, and implement strategies for continual improvement, conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness, partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align campaigns with overarching marketing strategies, stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative techniques to keep campaigns ahead of the curve, and handle reporting, providing clear performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to management and clients.
