Requirements

Some experience and previous track record growing paid marketing channels for comparable D2C/retail companies, or a mature fresh graduate who shows a lot of promise
Fluent English

Ability to merchandise (specifically, intuition regarding women's jewelry)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and more
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and MER
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with the brand's messaging and strategy
Manage ad budgets and allocate spend across different campaigns and platforms
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to campaign strategy
Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Identify opportunities to improve our paid marketing strategy/performance
Manage a team that will support on all of the above
