Candidates should have a minimum of two years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a hunter mentality, a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency. They must also be proactive, self-motivated learners with a strong drive to achieve personal goals and align with the company’s four core values, demonstrating they are simply good humans.
The Outside Sales Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, work closely with various departments to onboard new business, manage their sales pipeline and appointments using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals, educate merchants and business owners on payment processing, maintain regular communication with sales leadership, and close sales of payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.
