Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, which is preferred, and a valid current driver’s license and auto insurance. They must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, exhibit a hunter mentality with professional integrity and urgency, proactively source leads through prospecting and networking, and be a self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals, aligning with the company’s core values.
The Outside Sales Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners, work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support to onboard new business, manage their sales pipeline and appointments using Salesforce, prepare presentations and proposals utilizing Clearent by Xplor’s electronic applications, educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, maintain regular communication with sales leadership, and ultimately close sales of payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.
