Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in SaaS sales, Cyber-security or IAM/IGA sales, the ability to navigate multinational accounts at C-level, a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, a strong understanding of financial terms and sales metrics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

The SLED Account Executive will sell SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite to State and Local agencies in Georgia and South Carolina, understand prospective client’s business and IT initiatives, develop compelling business value propositions for SailPoint’s solutions, negotiate high-value contracts, manage a sales cycle involving POCs, BVA’s, and RFPs, collaborate with channel partners (GSI’s) to expand market reach, build and maintain trusted relationships with key buyers within named accounts, achieve sales quotas using the Challenger sales methodology, establish internal network, lead interlock meetings, and maintain a weekly 1:1 meeting cadence with manager and TAM, and familiarize themselves with SailPoint’s financial success measurement.
